I want to sign up for a subscription! Are there any extra fees?

Your subscription box will not include any shipping or handling fees.

If your shipping address is in a state in which we operate, sales tax will be applied to your order.

How can I customize my boxes?

Your monthly boxes will be tailored to the preferences in your chosen profile.

If I change my mind, can I cancel?

Monthly Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.

6 month subscriptions can only be canceled within the first month, but subscribers can opt out of auto-renewal at any time.

Yearly Subscriptions can only be canceled within the first month, but subscribers may opt out of auto-renewal at any time.

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards, or debit cards as payment for your valued business and subscription orders. Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept checks, money orders, gift cards, or PayPal, or link routing numbers to your account.

When will I be charged?

If you subscribe on a monthly basis, you’ll pay for your first box when you place the order. Starting with your second box, you’ll be on a regular monthly billing cycle which renews on/around the 15th of every month.

When you subscribe for a 6 month subscription, you’ll pay for your full subscription up-front and won’t see any monthly charges. Once your year is almost up, we’ll check in and see if you’d like to opt out of auto-renewal.

Shipping

Do I have to sign for my delivery?

In short - No! Subscription boxes are ground-shipped via our shipping partner before they’re handed off to USPS for final delivery.

This means you’ll receive your Sew Conscious subscription at your doorstep each month, with no signatures required.

I just placed an order! When will it ship?

Shop orders will ship within 3 business days of being placed for all in-stock items.

Subscriptions will ship the 4th of each month.

We’ll email your tracking info over as soon as we have it!

Sew Conscious subscriptions currently ship to United States.

You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to countries outside of the Unites States.

Return Policy

I’m having second thoughts. Can I return my order?

In short: Yes! You’ll have 45 days to return your order of unopened/uncut sewing patterns, uncut fabric.
You are eligible for a refund, if the order is returned within 10 days of receipt.

Will my return receive a refund?

Refunds will only be considered 10 days after your initial billing charge. To be eligible for a refund, you’ll need to cancel your subscription before the 10-day period expires and then contact us for a refund.

It is only after this 10 day period, or if you’re already within normal billing cycle for monthly, 6 month or yearly subscription, that you are ineligible for a refund.

Gifts

I want to send Sew Conscious Box as a gift. What’s the best way to do that?

We offer Gift Subscriptions for this very purpose! You can send 3, 6 or 12 month Sew Conscious Gift Subscriptions.

How do gift subscriptions work?

Your recipient’s first box will be an introduction to Sew Conscious, packed with our hand selected favorites. From there, they’ll take the lead and customize the rest!

How far in advance can I order a gift subscription?

If they love it (we’re sure they will!), you can extend their gift— or they can purchase their own subscription— to keep the boxes coming.

How far in advance can I order a gift subscription?

Gift subscription orders can be placed up to three months in advance.
